Llangwm RFC was founded in 1885, and is affiliated to the Welsh Rugby Union. The club consists of a senior team and a large junior section. Unfortunately this season, Llangwm have been unable to field a second XV and a Youth XV. Despite the professional era, Llangwm RFC remains very much an amateur side.
